Elon Musk gives an unpolished guide to Vladimir Putin
Sixteen months after it began, the dispute is still uncertain, with the Russians and Ukrainians still unable to reach an ultimate interest. The biggest surprise, however, simply happened.
After gaining support from the Kremlin, the Wagner paramilitary force has just challenged Moscow. Wagner assured on June 24 he would assume command of key destinations in Rostov-on-the-Wear, an area essential to Russia’s command for its missions in Ukraine.
Wagner’s boss, Yevgeny Prigozhin, assured that his soldiers would take command of the Russian army’s super war room for Ukrainian operations, as well as an air base in the city.
President Vladimir Putin called the act of disobedience a betrayal and “a betrayal of our country and compatriots.”
“The activities that divide our solidarity are basically pessimism towards our loved ones,” Putin said at a five-minute nationwide venue. He warrants “obvious operations” against Prigozhin and his powers.
‘Have little or no faith in Nobody’
The Russian Investigator also reports that an investigation has been opened into Prigozhin for activities that deserve a 20-year prison term. State news agency TASS said the pioneer soldier had been charged.
Many news sources, including Reuters, have revealed the battle between the Russian armed forces and Wagner’s hired fighters between Rostov and Moscow. Wagner’s soldiers were assuming command of a Russian region as they headed toward the capital.
The circumstances, closely watched by heads of state around the world, are also followed by Elon Musk, the most extravagant man on the planet, who played a significant role in the Ukraine conflict. Musk, through his SpaceX organization, provides Starlink to Ukraine. Starlink, which supports web access by satellite, has become the main mail system of the Ukrainian powers on the ground.
The tech geek recently gave a guide to President Putin and Russia.
“There is little or no trust in anyone,” Musk, Tesla’s chief executive of electric vehicle production, wrote on June 24 on Twitter.
He made his introduction with a photo showing a man pointing a weapon at his doublet. On the man’s forehead and his doublet there is a Russian banner. The text on the picture reads: “Trust no one, not even yourself”.
Musk implied what was happening was a snake pit where no one could lean on.
Before going against Putin, Wagner was a key part of the Kremlin battle in Ukraine.
It was this force of hired fighters that prompted new attacks on the city of Bakhmut in eastern Ukraine. Prigozhin, who chose his men from prison, is seen as the representative image of Russia during the war. He and his paramilitary Wagner Gathering originally arose in 2014, during Russia’s annexation of Ukraine’s Crimea district.
More recently, however, Prigozhin has pursued Russia’s military initiative, blaming the incompetence of its commanders. He also criticized them for not providing enough weapons for his men and for downplaying the problems of the soldiers.
The situation remained ambiguous on the ground. In a clear message, Prigozhin, a long-term partner of Putin, denied the allegations of conspiracy and assured that his powers were “loyal to our homeland”.
“We are blocking the city of Rostov and moving towards Moscow,” he said in a video on June 24, according to The New York Times.
